Fitness- Fitness is a core part of my life. I work out six days a
week, run 6 miles daily, weight train, and consistently walk over 15,000 steps
each day. This routine fuels my mental clarity, physical strength, and
emotional well-being. Beyond that, I thrive in one-on-one sports like golf, hiking,
cycling, skateboarding, surfing, and running. For me, fitness isn’t just about
staying in shape—it’s about the discipline, energy, and joy that come from
pushing my body to new limits every day.
Hot Wheels- I’m passionate about cars, especially those that are rare, unique, fast, and powerful. As a true gearhead, I love working on cars and diving into their mechanics. It’s fascinating to see how cars have evolved over the years, and I’m drawn to the technology that allows us to push these machines to their absolute limits. Cars are one of my gateways to happiness, especially when I’m on an empty road, feeling the thrill of speed and the freedom it brings. For me, cars are more than transportation—they’re a blend of engineering, art, and performance.
My Spirituality- Spirituality is not just a belief system; it is a way of life. It permeates every aspect of my being, guiding my actions and decisions. It gives me strength and resilience to overcome challenges and maintain a positive outlook in the face of adversity. I measure success not solely by material achievements but by the impact I make on others and the alignment of my actions with my core values. I find solace and guidance in practices such as prayer, meditation, and introspection. These rituals allow me to cultivate inner peace, clarity, and gratitude. They contribute to my personal growth, self-awareness, and a profound understanding of my purpose in life. My spiritual journey is an integral part of my identity, shaping my character, choices, and the way I interact with the world. It is through my unwavering faith and commitment to doing what is right that I seek to create a positive impact, spread light, and inspire others to embrace their own spiritual paths.
Power of Music- Music possesses an extraordinary power to uplift, heal, and energize, playing a vital role in emotional and mental well-being. Music goes beyond just being a source of entertainment, tapping into deep emotional states, and can serve as a powerful tool for mood regulation.
